Cast House grew from pre-dawn bench hours and a refusal to leave one part of the work to somebody else.

Yao entered the craft through pre-dawn bench hours, learning the physical work by doing it while teaching himself the digital side through 3D printing and CAD.
Stone setting did not come clean at first. Early failures sent him back to the bench, and he kept showing up until the whole chain, from reference and production planning through casting, setting, and finish, became his responsibility.
That is why Cast House stays one-man. The same person studies the reference, makes the production decisions, handles the bench stages in scope, and answers the questions.
Public proof stays focused on the craft. Private references and personal stories remain private unless there is clear permission to show them.
