Terms for using this site.
This website shows Cast House work and gives you two ways to start: a private inquiry with Yao or the external Cast House Fiverr gig.
An inquiry is not an accepted project
Sending an inquiry does not mean Cast House has accepted the project, reserved time, agreed to a price, or promised a result. A project begins only after Yao and the customer agree to the project-specific written scope, materials, price, timing, approvals, and payment path.
Custom work is scoped to the piece
Photos, examples, process descriptions, and case studies explain capability and approach. They are not fixed offers or guarantees that another piece will use the same construction, schedule, stone, weight, price, or finish. Shipping, revisions, cancellations, refunds, and other order terms apply only when they are stated in the written project agreement or marketplace order.
References and permission
You must have the right to submit, share, or request work from any photograph, drawing, logo, symbol, model, or other reference you provide. A reference may guide an original custom build, but submission does not promise an automatic copy of protected brands or another maker's protected work. Yao may decline a request that cannot be handled responsibly.
Site and project materials
Cast House owns or uses with permission the site design, copy, and public work media. You keep whatever rights you already hold in material you submit. Rights in project-specific CAD, models, designs, process files, and finished-work media are controlled by the written agreement for that project, not by this general website page.
Fiverr orders
Fiverr is an external marketplace. If you use the Cast House Fiverr gig, your account, checkout, payment, messaging, dispute, and marketplace activity are also governed by Fiverr's own terms and the scope agreed in that order. This website does not replace Fiverr's rules.
Website availability
Cast House works to keep the site accurate and available, but the site may be changed, interrupted, or contain an error. Website content is provided for general information and project discovery; the written terms of a particular project or Fiverr order control when they differ from this page.
