Share your references
Send photos, drawings, and measurements. If another jeweler will make the piece, include their requirements too.

Build the 3D model
Yao works out the proportions and construction in CAD, the software used to model the piece before it is made.

Review and receive the design
You and Yao agree on the files and deliverables for your CAD-only order. Printing, casting, and finishing are separate work, quoted if you need them.

Before you order
Do you take CAD-only projects?
Yes. Tell Yao what you need designed and who will make it. Agree on the required files with Yao and your jeweler or caster before ordering.
What makes a reference useful for CAD?
A photograph, drawing, measurements, and notes about fit or production questions give Yao a useful starting point.
Does CAD-only include casting or finishing?
No. A CAD-only order covers the agreed design files. Printing, casting, and finishing are quoted separately.
