Yao reviews the symbol, photograph, drawing, or personal reference and how the pendant will be worn.

Work out the shape and size
Decide which details to keep and how large the pendant should be. The design needs to work as a piece of jewelry, not just as a flat image.

Make the pendant
Yao makes the approved design, with casting and any further metalwork agreed in your order.

Finish
Cleanup, texture, and polishing give the pendant the finish you chose.
